Alaska Airlines has just added two new daily nonstop service between San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport and San Diego International Airport as well as Portland International Airport to its flight schedule. The carrier is thrilled to be offering easy connectivity to travelers in the Southern California and Pacific Northwest regions.

The San Diego – San Luis Obispo route is poised to launch early next year on January 7, 2020 while the Portland – San Luis Obispo route will take to the skies in summer beginning June 18, 2020. Both routes will be offered once daily, every day of the week. Alaska Airlines will operate both routes using the E175 aircraft.

Alaska Airlines' San Diego – San Luis Obispo leg is scheduled to depart San Diego at 11.55am and arrive in San Luis Obispo at 1.07pm. The return San Luis Obispo – San Diego leg is scheduled to depart San Luis Obispo at 1.50pm and arrive back in San Diego at 2.57pm.

Alaska Airlines' Portland – San Luis Obispo leg is scheduled to depart Portland, Oregon at 1.10pm and arrive in San Luis Obispo at 3.18pm. The return San Luis Obispo – Portland leg is scheduled to depart San Luis Obispo at 3.55pm and arrive back in Portland at 6.03pm.

For those who are wondering, tickets for Alaska Airlines' newly added routes have already gone on sale. Wine aficionados from the Portland and San Diego areas will surely be stoked that they can soon fly direct to San Luis Obispo, well-loved for its exciting wine and food scene. On their return trip from San Luis Obispo, travelers can even check a case of wine without any baggage fee - thanks to Alaska Airlines' fabulous Wine Flies Free program.
