American Airlines is pleased to announce its newest Flagship Lounge is finally open. Nestled in Terminal D at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, the airline's largest hub, the Flagship Lounge is complemented by the legacy carrier's best-in-class Flagship First Dining.

The Flagship Lounge welcomes passengers traveling in Flagship First and Flagship Business as well as other eligible passengers. The Flagship Lounge is ideal for passengers looking to unwind, refresh or work before hopping aboard their flight. Guests at the lounge can look forward to amenities like luxury showers, ample wireless chargers, lounge-style seats, hot and cold entrees, made-to-order omelets, Asian-style pancakes, local craft beer, premium wine and champagne, work-friendly features and more.

For those who are wondering, Flagship First Dining is exclusive to guests traveling in Flagship First. The luxury, sit-down dining experience is located within the Flagship Lounge. Flagship First passengers can enjoy the complimentary, fine-dining restaurant experience comprising appetizers, entrees and desserts.

Besides American Airlines' signature Flagship Burger, guests can sink their teeth into the world-famous plant-based Impossible Burger as an alternative. This exciting vegetarian option will make its debut in Dallas Fort Worth International Airport first. The carrier has hinted that it plans to expand this option to its other Flagship First Dining locations later this year. At this time, Flagship First Dining is available in Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (Terminal D); New York JFK Airport (Terminal 8); Los Angeles International Airport (Terminal 4); and Miami International Airport (Concourse D). Flagship First Dining will be available in London Heathrow in the near future.

Flagship First customers also have access to local craft beer, cocktails, high-end wines specially curated by master sommelier Desmond Echavarrie, as well as Krug Champagne.

The Flagship Lounge is open daily from 5am to 10.15pm and it has the capacity to seat 350 guests at any one time. Flagship First Dining is also open daily, but from 8am to 10pm. Flagship First Dining has the capacity to seat 54 guests.

That's not all, American Airlines is also thrilled that its refurbished Admirals Club in Terminal D is now ready to welcome guests.
