The Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway Hotel has reopened after an extensive renovation project. Marriott has invested millions of dollars into modernizing and redecorating this property. Every guestroom and meeting space has been transformed. The lobby, fitness center and lounge area have also been upgraded. The transformation is stunning.

The new guestrooms feature 55-inch HD televisions, new tub and shower areas and brand-new mattresses. Each room has been newly decorated and has new custom designed furniture and modern artwork. Additional USB charging ports have been added to each room, too.

The meeting spaces have been totally redone. New furniture and artwork have been added to these areas. Upgraded audiovisual equipment and presentation services have been added. Planning service for events is now available as well.

The renovated lobby is refreshing and now includes a Starbucks coffee shop, a grab-and-go food area and a 400-square-foot marketplace. The revamped fitness center has been equipped with new machines and decor. The lounge has been refurbished with new a look look and furniture, along with a new menu.

The Marriott Gateway Hotel is located near the new Gateway Center @ College Park arena. The hotel is also located near the new Central Passenger Terminal Complex. This new complex will provide travelers with seven additional gate concourses for both domestic and international passengers. The newly renovated hotel is only two minutes away from this complex via the airport's SkyTrain, which will afford guests seamless transportation to and from the Marriott Gateway Hotel.
