The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago – Magnificent Mile, has announced that the $35 million hotel renovation is nearly completed. The improvement includes a new hotel lobby and arrival experience, renovated meeting spaces and a rooftop pool and terrace area. Additionally, the renovation consists of a makeover of all the guest rooms as well as the introduction of two new room styles.

Five Feet to Fitness is the first new room style to launch. These rooms are spacious and include gym equipment right in the room. Each room has 11 different pieces of fitness equipment for guests to use. Digital workout routines are also available. This new room design is perfect for guests who want privacy even when they are working out. The Five Feet to Fitness rooms are already available to book.

The second new room style is named The Mile. Exclusive to this hotel, these rooms located on the top floors of the hotel are designed as condominium-style studios or one-bedroom suites. The luxurious guest rooms offer a home away from home and were created to add aesthetics and comfort to the hotel experience for discerning guests.

The new renovations have also brought changes to the dining experiences available at the hotel. A new restaurant has been brought in to the lobby area as well as a bar. A new grab-and-go dining experience has also been added to the hotel. These new dining experiences are a direct response to guest requests.

Hilton has also upgraded the meeting spaces, business spaces and the fitness center in the hotel. The hotel renovations are completed except for the guest rooms on the top floors. The new luxurious rooms on the topmost level will become available later in the Spring of 2019.
