Frontier Airlines is delighted to offer a greater number of affordable flights to those in the Florida area. The low-fare carrier recently announced several new routes from Tampa International Airport (TPA) poised to take to the skies very soon.
For starters, Frontier Airlines will be launching new nonstop service from Tampa International Airport to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport beginning October 6 of this year. Following that, the carrier will debut its new nonstop service from Tampa International Airport to San Juan Airport in Puerto Rico beginning November 15, 2019.
Both seasonal routes are direct options perfect for travelers to get to their destinations conveniently. The Tampa-Atlanta service runs three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. The Tampa-San Juan service runs four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Tickets for these two newly announced routes are already on sale on Frontier's website.
In addition, Frontier Airlines also revealed its plans to offer a new service from Tampa International Airport to Newark Liberty International Airport next spring. Tickets for Frontier Airlines' new Tampa-Newark route will go on sale at a later date. While the start date of this new service has yet to be confirmed at this time, the new route should start sometime in March or April of 2020.
Frontier Airlines couldn't be more pleased with its growing presence in the Tampa Bay region. Similarly, Tampa International Airport is thrilled with the carrier's committment to serving those in the Tampa Bay area. The Tampa airport's Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications shared that they are seeing new passengers thanks to a greater array of low-fare nonstop flight options.
Including the three newly announced Tampa routes mentioned above, the Denver-based ultra low-cost carrier will offer nonstop service to 20 destinations from Tampa.
