In about a week's time beginning November 26, Hawaiian Airlines passengers traveling between Hawaii and the airline's international and select US mainland destinations can look forward to enjoying Hawaiian Airlines' new collection of inflight amenities and soft goods designed to showcase beautiful Hawaii.
The new thoughtfully designed products have been made possible thanks to Hawaiian Airlines' partnership with Moloka‘i-based eco-conscious brand, Kealopiko. The array of new inflight amenities and soft goods available to passengers are adorned with coral and fern patterns that celebrate Hawaii's unique environment and rich culture.
International Business Class and New York JFK/BOS First Class customers will receive a Hawaiian Airlines-branded canvas clutch, available in light grey or natural, complete with the coral print and a coconut shell button. International Extra Comfort passengers will receive a natural felt pouch with an engraved wood tag. The amenity kits comprise all the necessities passengers need to make their journey even more pleasant, including a dental kit, premium sleep mask, comfortable socks, hand and body balm, lip balm and hydrating mist from the carrier's private skincare line Lōli‘i and more.
Main Cabin passengers on international flights, First Class passengers on North America red-eye flights, and First Class passengers on Papeete and Pago Pago flights can look forward to receiving a coral print kraft paper pouch that houses amenities like earplugs, earbuds and a sleep mask in one of three Hawaii-inspired designs.
Hawaiian Airlines passengers will definitely appreciate what the airline and Kealopiko have created for them. It is very nice to know that the women-founded brand utilizes organic materials that are sustainably dyed, cut and hand-sewn in their small-batch production facility on Moloka‘i. Every design by Kealopiko pays homage to indigenous language, practices, wildlife, aliʻi (royalty), kūpuna (elders and ancestors), as well as moʻolelo (stories and history).
