The 14-story property on 317 K Street NW will feature a total 247 guestrooms and is scheduled to debut in the last quarter of 2020. While the new Holiday Inn Express hotel will be managed by Lima Hotels LLC. Urgo Hotels & Resorts, guests can look forward to the distinctive Holiday Inn Express experience.

The property will also house a fitness center, business center, 1,500 square feet of meeting space and onsite parking.
