Priority Pass is on a roll. The lounge provider's parent company is planning to open seven new lounges in the United States this year. You may have seen that new lounges have been opened in recent weeks at both McCarran International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas and Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). We now know that new lounges are also coming to Miami, Charleston, San Jose, Buffalo Niagara and New Orleans shortly.

A total of 20 lounges operated by the group will soon exist throughout the United States. However, Priority Pass actually provides access to more than 1,200 lounges around the world. The company also provides options for food, drinks, spa experiences and shopping. Priority Pass is even in the process of running trials that will give members access to express lanes at security checkpoints and passport checkpoints at some airports.

What can travelers expect when they visit the newest lounges from the parent company of Priority Pass? The newly opened Club LAS Lounge at McCarran International Airport is 7,000 square feet of high-end, high-quality space. The lounge can accommodate 149 guests. It offers perks like work spaces, comfortable reclining chairs, hot and cold buffets, productivity zones, a bar, shower suites and a special hydration station with water choices that have been infused with fruits and herbs.

The Club JAX at Jacksonville International totals 2,726 square feet in size and offers shower spaces and play areas for kids. The lounge also offers high-end dining options and a great cocktail menu. Travelers flying with any airline can pay $40 for lounge access or enjoy a visit for free if they have membership in a qualifying program.
