If you are, you will be happy to learn that the carrier has just rolled out a new service that allows passengers traveling in Suites, First Class and Business Class from anywhere in Singapore Airlines' global network to pre-order their main courses from their flight's menus.
Singapore Airlines is pleased to be the world's first airline to offer a network-wide bespoke meal pre-ordering service for its premium class passengers. The airline emphasized its commitment to enhancing its product and service offerings constantly in a bit to keep its customers happy.
While no set date has been given just yet, the airline has revealed there are plans in the works to extend this bespoke service to Premium Economy Class passengers sometime in the near future.
The process of pre-ordering your meal is straightforward. All you have to do is head over to Singapore Airlines' website to view the in-flight menu for your flight and pre-order your main courses of choice.
Customers traveling in Suites, First Class and Business Class on any Singapore Airlines flight can already access the new service. According to the airline, customers can pre-select their meal choices any time from three weeks prior to their flight up to 24 hours before flight departure.
Keep in mind this new service that Singapore Airlines has launched across its network is complementary to the existing Book the Cook program. For the uninitiated, the existing Book the Cook program allows travelers in Suites, First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy Class on selected flights to pre-order their gourmet main courses from a separate menu comprising up to 68 choices.
