The fastest growing carrier in Las Vegas has recently launched a self bag drop system at McCarran International Airport (LAS) in partnership with the airport. The newly debuted automated self-service bag drop system is the Las Vegas airport's first ever self bag drop system. For those who are wondering, the automated self-service bag drop system is nestled in the ticketing concourse of Terminal 1.

The easy-to-use automated system has been designed with passengers' experience in mind. Travelers who utilize the automated self-service bag drop system at McCarran International Airport can enjoy an expedited check-in process, pay for as well as tag their own bags at the kiosks. Once they have done that, they can just move directly to the newly installed automated bag belts to present their identification and drop their bags.

Spirit Airlines and McCarran International Airport are thrilled to offer passengers an elevated guest experience at the Las Vegas airport. The Miramar-based ultra-low-cost carrier remains 100% committed to making affordable fares available to more people in the Las Vegas region with its continuous route expansion from Las Vegas.

Just last week, Spirit Airlines' two new nonstop flights linking McCarran International Airport and Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) as well as Sacramento International Airport (SMF) took to the skies. Each route is offered thrice daily.

The two newly debuted routes are not the only reason why travelers in the Las Vegas region should be pleased about: Spirit Airlines will soon launch nonstop service between Las Vegas and Nashville. This daily route will begin on October 10 of this year.
