Taco Bell has just announced its latest promotion. In August, the restaurant chain will open "The Bell," a Taco Bell themed hotel in Palm Springs, California. Palm Springs is located about two hours east of Los Angeles. The hotel will officially open on August 9th for a limited time.

All rooms will be taco-themed, the bars will serve taco-inspired drinks, and the taco-based gift shop will have something for everyone to enjoy. Feeling even more into the taco theme? Go to the taco day spa for salsa colored nail polish with taco nail art or get a taco-inspired fade haircut.

Taco Bell stated that they will use this marketing event to introduce some new menu items that will launch nationwide. There are many events planned for the resort, but Taco Bell has yet to release all of the information.

The company is allowing people to start making reservations in June. The only requirement is that the person making the reservation is at least 18 years old. Taco Bell has not stated how long they will keep their "pop up" resort going, but they have stated that it will be for a limited time.

This is not the first time that Taco Bell has gone over the top with a marketing promotion. Two years ago, the company paired itself with Forever 21 and created a limited-run clothing line and last year, Taco Bell entered the wedding industry by starting the "Taco Bell Party Plan" where guests can rent a store, plan a menu and host their party or wedding at Taco Bell.
