Starting this weekend, United Airlines customers traveling through New York's LaGuardia Airport will enjoy a completely new experience comprising new gates on the Terminal B Eastern Concourse, new shops, restaurants and services, as well as improved amenities and plenty of natural light thanks to ceilings soaring up to 55-feet high. United Airlines will operate out of five gates at the new concourse, offering more than 40 daily flights between Denver, Houston, Chicago O'Hare, Washington-Dulles and more.

LaGuardia Gateway Partners is currently working on redeveloping Terminal B of New York's LaGuardia Airport. The first phase of the $4 billion, 1.3-million-square-foot redevelopment project of Terminal B will greet travelers as United Airlines commences flight operations at the new concourse this Sunday. The new concourse is a milestone for the airport as it embarks on a major redevelopment project totaling $8 billion.

For those who are wondering, some of the highlights you can look forward to include Shake Shack, Irving Farm Coffee Roasters and FAO Schwarz. Additionally, travelers will be happy to know that the new concourse offers lots of seats at the gate area complete with charging stations and unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi. There is also a children's play area with spacious restrooms and a 16-foot interactive display, along with a ‘park' area boasting benches and greenery for travelers to enjoy.

Besides the new establishments and improved amenities located in the new Terminal B Eastern Concourse, United Airlines is thrilled to offer eligible passengers access to its spanking new United Club. The spectacular new United Club conveniently located past security will also open on June 2.

The new United Club offers guests a private oasis spanning 10,500 square feet, with panaroma views of the tarmac. Around 30% bigger than the former United Club at LaGuardia Airport, the new United Club can accommodate over 200 guests at any point in time. United Club guests can enjoy an expanded food menu with distinctly New York selections, wellness rooms, free high-speed Wi-Fi as well as phone booths.
