Hilton Hotels has just announced its latest acquisition for its Curio Collection by Hilton brand. The hotel giant has purchased the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Once the conversion is complete, the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas will be a part of the Hilton brand.

The Virgin Hotels Las Vegas will be the only Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in that area. The property is a spectacular hotel that has 1,500 rooms and over 110,000 square feet of events and meeting space. The hotel has a large pool area and several dining options available, too.

The hotel will continue to operate as the Hard Rock Café and Casino through 2019 and into early 2020. It will then shut down for a brief period for renovations and will reopen as the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

The new hotel will feature renovated rooms and meeting spaces, a spa and exercise area and many new restaurants to enjoy. The casino will be remodeled and updated, and the new entertainment area will be designed to host live entertainment.

The most extensive renovation poised to take place will done to the pool area. This area will be transformed into a more exotic space featuring private cabanas, intimate spaces and the overall ambience of a private tropical island.

Curio Collection by Hilton is a very distinct brand. The company seeks to offer guests unique, authentic experiences via the Curio Collection by Hilton brand no matter if they are leisure or business travelers. Hilton has stated that Curio Collection by Hilton properties is included in its award-winning rewards program, Hilton Honors.
