The Waldorf Astoria will make its debut in Mexico in Los Cabos. The luxury hotel brand has acquired its first property in Mexico, the iconic Resort at Pedregal. The award-winning hotel is well known for its luxurious rooms and amenities. However, Hilton's Waldorf Astoria hopes to improve on that image by bringing its ultra-luxury touch to the resort. The Resort at Pedregal is set to be rebranded as Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal by Q4 of this year.
Each of the 115 rooms at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal will have beautiful marble floors, soft colored walls and wooden décor for a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms all boast ocean views and private plunge pools. To add to the sophistication, each suite has a rainforest shower, standalone bathtub and top-branded soaps, shampoos and lotions for guests to enjoy.
Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal will feature an infinity pool, a saltwater pool and a children's pool for guests to enjoy. The Luna y Mar Spa is a luxury spa where guests can enjoy premium services to help them unwind and recharge. The dining experiences at the luxury property will feature four distinct restaurants known for their style, taste and superior services.
The resort is nestled in a secluded area of Los Cabos that is surrounded by mountains on one side and beautiful beaches on the other. The Resort at Pedregal has been well-known for offering the ultimate in luxury stays in the area. One can only anticipate what an ultra-luxury brand like Waldorf Astoria will bring to the table when it comes to heightening the experience for guests of the property.
This new venture is just the beginning for Waldorf Astoria in the region. The luxury hotel band is also planning a resort in Cancun and Antigua soon. All guests who stay at the new Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal will be able to use their Hilton Honors rewards program to register their stay and earn points.
